Mr. Tredwell has more than 26 years of private equity and capital markets experience. In addition to be being a founding partner of CoveView, he serves as the Managing Member of Heartland Industrial Partners LP, a leveraged buyout fund. Mr. Tredwell has executed, as a principal investor, more than 30 acquisitions, divestitures and recapitalizations. He has managed and implemented complex operational and financial restructurings of LBO fund portfolio companies and, as a lead shareholder, he has initiated and implemented annual cost reductions of more than $200 million. He has served as a Director on the boards of six companies on three continents, and he has significant experience in board-level change and crisis management. Before founding CoveView and Heartland Industrial Partners, Mr. Tredwell was a Managing Director in the High Yield Securities Group at the predecessor firm of J.P. Morgan. Mr. Tredwell has a B.A. from Miami University of Ohio and an M.B.A from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Before joining CoveView, Mr. Landino completed his M.B.A at Columbia Business School, which he entered after working for Moody’s Investors Service. Mr. Landino also has experience evaluating mergers and acquisitions and LBO transactions. Mr. Landino has a B.B.A. from the University of Miami, a M.B.A from Columbia Business School, and passed all three exams included in the C.F.A curriculum
Ms. Anderson joined CoveView after attending Columbia Business School. Prior to that, she worked in the Leveraged Finance Group at CapitalSource Bank, where she underwrote senior secured loans for middle-market companies. Ms. Anderson also has experience evaluating and executing mergers and acquisitions and LBO transactions. She has a B.S.B.A. from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Mr. Faust has over 10 years of private equity, investment banking, and capital markets experience. Prior to joining CoveView, Mr. Faust worked as a consultant to private equity funds and other principal investors, where he advised on the due diligence, structuring and execution of equity and debt transactions. Prior to that, he was an Investment Banking Associate at Banc of America Securities, where he was responsible for originating, structuring, and executing complex fixed income transactions. Mr. Faust has experience evaluating and executing mergers and acquisitions, LBOs, and capital markets transactions for companies in a number of industries. He has a B.S. from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School
Mr. Lamb has 20 years of financial and public accounting experience. In addition to his role at CoveView, he is a Senior Managing Director at Heartland Industrial Partners and serves as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lamb is actively involved in overseeing and providing management expertise to Heartland’s portfolio companies, and he has served as the deal team leader for several transactions and operational initiatives, including complex restructurings and cost-reduction programs. He also has significant experience in corporate crisis management. Before CoveView and Heartland, Mr. Lamb was the Chief Financial Officer of Urban Brands Inc., a specialty retailer. Previously, he was a Vice President at TSG Capital, a private equity firm, and before that, he was an Audit Manager on the General Electric account for KPMG. Mr. Lamb has a B.A. from Western Connecticut University
